Hi Guys I would like to end my week with compound exercises before i give my body that much needed rest. Give atleast the last two days of your week for this routine and see the difference.

-Bench Press
-Dips
-Bench Back Dips
-Barbell Preacher curl
-Machine Shoulder Press
-Leg Press
-Smith Machine Squat
