20 min skipping rope cardio session for beginners



20 min Cardio session using only skipping rope and body weight by AbsFirewalker (Mindaugs Tarvids).
5x 4min rounds (3min skipping+ 1min abs workout) each round.
..
Round 1: standard skipping 3 min+ standard stomach crunch 1 min
Round 2: jogging step 3 min + lower abs exercise 30 sec each side
Round 3: Jumping jacks 3 min + plank 1 min
Round 4: alternate feet skipping 3 min + frog kicks 1 min
Round 5: Freestyle skipping 3 min + side crunches 1 min
..
This exercise is designed for beginners, but can work as a great cardio session for athletes if pace and intensity is increased.
Make sure You contact your physician if not sure if you are able to perform some of the exercises given and it is Your responsibility to have a good warm up and stretch before the workout to prevent any possible injuries.
