This is a really fun and intense cardio workout inspired by BTS new track IDOL. I LOVE IT and the music is so addictive! I've been listening to it everyday lol.

Really enjoyed my time in Seoul last month and everywhere I go I was hearing Black Pink and BTS so though I put together a workout inspired by BTS.
