Knee-Friendly Fat Burn Cardio Workout | PIIT28



Knee injuries. They happen. So many of you are looking for a knee-friendly workout that still makes you break a sweat, so I made this PIIT (Pilates Intense Interval Training) workout that is super intense on everything BUT the knees!! Remember to play this video four times for a total workout! 45 sec on, 15 sec off. I am using the PIIT Pocket App and the timer to create this workout!

5. Sideway scissors
6. Roll-ups
